Dear Customers,
Please be informed that our office will be closed from Thursday, August 13, 2026, through Sunday, August 16, 2026.
During this period, we will continue to receive inquiries by email and accept orders through our online store. However, we will not be able to respond to inquiries or ship products until after the holiday period.
Responses to inquiries and shipments of orders will begin sequentially from Monday, August 17, 2026. Please note that if we receive a large number of inquiries or orders, our response and shipping times may be delayed by one to two business days. We appreciate your understanding.
Orders and Shipments Before the Summer Holidays
Orders placed through our online store by Tuesday, August 11, 2026, will be shipped before the Summer holidays.
If you choose Bank Transfer as your payment method, payment must be received by Monday, August 10, 2026 for your order to be shipped before the holiday period.
Orders placed after the above deadlines will be shipped sequentially from Monday, August 17, 2026.
