お客様各位

誠に勝手ながら、2023年12月27日（水）～　2024年1月8日（月）の間、休業とさせていただきます。

この期間中、お問合せメールの受信ならびにオンラインショップでのご注文自体はお受けしておりますが、お問合せへのご返答・商品の発送等は休止させていただきますのでご了承ください。

お問合せへのご返答・商品の発送等につきましては、2024年1月9日（火）より順次ご対応させていただきますが、お問い合わせやご注文が多く寄せられた場合、対応が通常より1日～2日遅れる場合がございます。ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。



●冬季休業前のオンラインショップでのご注文、ならびに発送について●

冬季休業前の発送は2023年12月25日（月）ご注文分までとさせていただきます。
（お支払い方法で「銀行振込」をご選択の場合、2023年12月25日（月）ご入金分までとなります）
以降のご注文に関しましては2024年1月9日（火）より順次発送させていただきます。

We are sorry to inform you that we will be closed from December 27, 2023 to January 8, 2024.

During this period, we will not be able to respond to your inquiries or ship products, although we will be able to receive your emails and accept your orders through our online store.

We will respond to inquiries and ship products sequentially from January 9, 2024, but if we receive a large number of inquiries or orders, our response may be delayed for one or two days longer than usual.

Orders and shipments from the online store before the Winter holidays

Orders placed before the winter break will be shipped until December 25, 2023.
If you choose "Bank Transfer" as your payment method, your order will be shipped until December 25, 2023.
Orders placed after this date will be shipped sequentially from January 9, 2024.
